Justified vs. Judged

"Turn us again, O LORD God of hosts, cause Thy face to shine; and we shall be saved" (Psalm 80:19).  "The curse causeless shall not come" (Proverbs 26:2).  "Is it not for you to know judgment?" (Micah 3:1).  "For the Father... hath committed all judgment unto the Son... He that heareth My word, and believeth on Him that sent Me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life... And ye will not come to Me, that ye might have life " (John 5:22-24,40).

The one who will not turn to God
Shall not at last be justified.
The curse demands God's judgment rod;
It was for this our Savior died.

Should not we speak with confidence
Regarding judgment God has shown?
Should not we show His sure defense
By justifying grace alone?

There's no escape from judgment's path
Apart from Christ, our Hiding Place.
There is no refuge from God's wrath
Unless we're justified by grace.

O Lord, with judgment yet in view
For those refusing Your salvation,
We seek to turn the lost to You
To rescue them from condemnation.
