"The heavens declare the GLORY of GOD; and the firmament showeth His handiwork. Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night showeth knowledge.... Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world.... He telleth the number of the stars; He calleth them all by their names" (Psalm 19:1-4, 147:4). "God, who at sundry times and in diverse manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, hath in these last days spoken unto us by His Son... Who being the BRIGHTNESS of His GLORY... by Himself purged our sins" (Hebrews 1:1-3).
The manners in which God Almighty arranged
To manifest Christ are diverse.
The message, however, has surely not changed:
Christ ransomed our souls from the curse!
The message proclaimed in the heavens above,
Portraying the virgin-born Seed,
Is one of God's methods proclaiming His love,
Declaring His glory indeed!
It's not up to us, with our vision so dim,
To limit the means of God's glory.
The Lord named the stars! Is it not up to Him
To use them to publish His story?
It should not surprise us that Satan now mars
The message of God in the skies,
Distorting the meaning and purpose of stars,
For he is the father of lies!
O Lord, we give thanks for the message You gave
By whatever means You thought right,
Declaring Your glory to those You would save
By purging their sins out of sight!
