Who
put the wisdom in our hearts
With
understanding to discern
The
grace and truth that God imparts
Which
rebel sinners choose to
spurn?
The
Lord Himself who made all things
Has
given the ability
For
man to choose the grace He brings
That
saves our souls eternally.
Our
Savior came as our Defender,
Yet
some will exercise their choice
To
turn away who could surrender
If
they would humbly heed His voice.
O
Lord, our precious Corner Stone,
Despised
by those who would rebel,
We
gladly worship You alone
And
render all we are as well!
