"He looketh upon men, and if any say, I have sinned… He will deliver his soul… Lo, all these things worketh God oftentimes with man" (Job 33:27-29). "The humble shall see this, and be glad: and your heart shall live that seek God" (Psalm 69:32). "Riches profit not in the day of wrath: but righteousness delivereth from death… and he that winneth souls is wise" (Proverbs 11:4,30). "Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth" (Luke 15:10).
Our
loving God is wonderful
Who
oftentimes will work with man
To
rescue the repentant soul
Delivered
through His gracious plan.
The
humble sinner shall be glad
Who
seeks Him with sincerity,
But
those who won't will wish they had,
Regretting
this eternally.
Man's
riches cannot save from wrath;
They
are abandoned when he dies.
In
Christ we find salvation's path,
And
he that wins a soul is wise.
O
Lord, we are rejoicing too
With
angels who have heard the sound
Of
one's repentance that is true
When
Your salvation has been found!
