"Sing unto the LORD, all the earth; show forth from day to day His salvation" (1 Chronicles 16:23). "Thy statutes have been my songs in the house of my pilgrimage" (Psalm 119:54). "By mercy and truth iniquity is purged" (Proverbs 16:6). "The grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, teaching us [to be]… looking for that blessed hope and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Savior Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from all iniquity" (Titus 2:11-14).
O sing to the
Lord, our great Savior,
And show His
salvation each day.
As pilgrims, He guides
our behavior
And leads us,
perfecting our way.
His mercy and
truth purged our sin
And gave us a
reason to sing
With joy as a
fountain within,
Rejoicing in Jesus
our King!
The grace of our
God brings salvation
And teaches us how
to behave
To show forth the great
declaration
That no one but
Jesus can save.
O Lord, we are
singing to You
The song of Your
Gospel's great theme,
Declaring Your
praise as we do
Among those You
died to redeem.
