"It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honor of kings is to search out a matter" (Proverbs 25:2).
Search out the matter of mercy concealed,
As wise men so long ago did.
God sees the humble; to them is revealed
The things that His glory has hid.
The glory of God will conceal a thing
That the natural man cannot find.
To search out a matter will honor the king
Who seeks with his whole heart and mind.
