Advancing against Adversaries

"A great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries" (1 Corinthians 16:9).

It shouldn't come as a surprise
That when an open door is found
To thus advance the cause of Christ,
That adversaries will abound.

Enter through that open door!
Though adversaries lurk within,
They're also outside even more,
With counsel that advances sin.

Now seize the opportunities!
For such a time as this, advance.
Our God will deal with enemies.
There may not be a second chance!
