"He that telleth lies shall not tarry in my sight" (Psalm 101:3,7). "The thoughts of the righteous are right: but the counsels of the wicked are deceit… The way of a fool is right in his own eyes" (Proverbs 12:5,15). "Say ye to the righteous, that it shall be well with him… Woe unto the wicked! it shall be ill with him" (Isaiah 3:10,11). "Those things, which God before had showed by the mouth of all His prophets, that Christ should suffer, He hath so fulfilled. Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out" (Acts 3:18,19).
The
more we are loving the truth,
The
more we'll be loathing the lies
Deceiving
the minds of our youth,
Distorting
the truth in their eyes.
The
thoughts of the righteous are right
Because
they agree with the Lord.
The
truth of God's Word is our light,
Which
fools in the dark have ignored.
For
those who are saved, it is well;
For
those who are lost, it is not,
For
there is a heaven and hell,
No
matter what liars have taught.
The
truth of Your Word, Lord, is pure,
With
prophecy's proof You provide!
How
loathsome are lies that obscure
The
reason You suffered and died!
