"I have kept Thy precepts and Thy testimonies: for all my ways are before Thee" (Psalm 119:168). "A wise man feareth, and departeth from evil.... The fear of the Lord is a fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death" (Proverbs 14:16,27).
All of my ways are before the Lord's eyes:
All my thoughts, all my words, all my deeds.
Living in view of this renders me wise,
As my God, by His fear, safely leads.
Yes, this is the fountain that cleanses my ways:
The knowledge that God sees it all.
My heart by this wisdom surrenders, obeys,
And heeds my Deliverer's call.
Ponder your ways, for God surely does.
Nothing escapes our Lord's vision.
So faithfully live for His pleasure because
It is simply the wisest decision.
