"If God be for us, who can be against us? He that spared not His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?" (Romans 8:31,32).
Who can be against the one
Whom God Himself is for?
How could God who gave His Son
Assure us any more?
Who can separate the Lord
From His own congregation?
Shall persecution or the sword,
Succeed by tribulation?
Who can separate us from
God's never ending love?
Nothing now, nor yet to come,
Below or from above!
What assurance we possess
From God's majestic throne!
None can curse whom God will bless,
Nor take from God His own!
