Psalm 119:144 ~ The righteousness of thy testimonies is everlasting: give me understanding, and I shall live.
Proverbs 3:5 ~ Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
Jeremiah 16:17 ~ For mine eyes are upon all their ways… neither is their iniquity hid from mine eyes.
Acts 18:9,10 ~ Then spake the Lord… Be not afraid, but speak, and hold not thy peace: For I am with thee, and no man shall set on thee to hurt thee: for I have much people in this city.
The Lord will give us understanding
That we may trust His perfect way.
We learn by hearing His commanding
To lean on Him as we obey.
There’s nothing hidden from God’s eyes
As He observes us from above.
By His reproof He makes us wise
That we may boldly share His love.
