"That Thy way may be known on earth, Thy saving health among all nations" (Psalm 67:2). "Come, eat of My bread, and drink of the wine which I have mingled" (Proverbs 9:5). "He brought me to His banqueting house, and His banner over me was love" (Song 2:4). "God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory" (Colossians 1:27).
Now come to the banquet! The table is spread!
Behold now the banner displaying God's love.
The tokens of mercy are seen in His bread
And wine to recall that He came from above.
The riches of glory that God would make known
Are found in His people, displaying His wealth.
The mercy revealed is: Christ in His own!
We carry the banner of His saving health!
O Lord, we give thanks for Your great invitation
To come to the banquet displaying Your banner!
How great is our joy at Your feast of salvation
Recounting Your love and its marvelous manner!
