"As for me, I will behold Thy face in righteousness: I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with Thy likeness" (Psalm 17:15). "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart.... The wise shall inherit glory: but shame shall be the promotion of fools" (Proverbs 3:3,35).
Life on this earth so swiftly will end,
But afterwards we shall awake.
Trust in the Savior, the sinner's best Friend,
Or forever regret your mistake!
Eternity comes if we're ready or not!
Will you spend it in heaven or hell?
Trust in the Savior, and rest in the thought
That your soul will forever be well!
Trust in the Savior with all of your heart,
And ponder the path that you take.
Keeping your eyes on the Lord will impart
The wisdom to live for His sake.
