Place of Praise

"Lord, I have loved the habitation of Thy house, and the place where Thine honor dwelleth" (Psalm 26:8). "But of Him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption: that, according as it is written, He the glorieth, let him glory in the Lord" (1 Corinthians 1:30,31).

The place where Jesus' honor dwells
Is where I love to be,
Where praise ascends with love that tells
What Jesus did for me.

How pleasant is place of His
Where He receives the glory,
For all He's done, for all He is,
As told in His love story.

He is our wisdom, righteousness,
Our holy separation,
Our redemption, refuge, rest,
And our great salvation.

Yes, where His honor fills the place,
That is the place I love.
Yet here it's just a glimpse of grace:
What shall it be above?
