Psalm 130:4 But there is forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared.
Proverbs 9:10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.
Numbers 29:1 And in the seventh month, on the first day of the month... is a day of blowing the trumpets unto you.
1 Peter 3:15 But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear.
There is forgiveness from the Lord
That we may fear Him as we should
As His salvation is explored
And we proclaim that God is good.
Our Lord’s return won’t be delayed;
The trump shall sound; He shall appear.
Until that day, let us persuade
The lost with meekness and with fear.
