Psalm 10:17 LORD, thou hast heard the desire of the humble: thou wilt prepare their heart, thou wilt cause thine ear to hear.
Proverbs 3:13-15 Wisdom… is…precious… and all the things thou canst desire are not to be compared unto her.
Hosea 8:12 I have written to him the great things of my law, but they were counted as a strange thing.
Revelation 10:10 And I took the little book out of the angel's hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey.
The Lord has heard the true desire
Of humble hearts He has prepared.
They seek His wisdom that is higher
Than earthly thinking, so impaired.
God’s settled Word shall never change
Within His written revelation.
Though fools dismiss His words as strange,
His Book proclaims His sweet salvation.
