"Trust in Him at all times" (Psalm 62:8). "That thy trust may be in the LORD, I have made known to thee… the certainty of the words of truth; that thou mightest answer the words of truth" (Proverbs 22:19-21). "I am the LORD: I will speak, and the Word that I shall speak shall come to pass" (Ezekiel 12:25). "Ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should show forth the praises of Him who hath called you out of darkness into His marvelous light" (1 Peter 2:9).
We're
safely trusting in the Lord,
Instead
of trusting mortal man.
The
Gospel truth which we've explored
Declares
our Savior's perfect plan.
The
counsel of the Lord is sure
We
see fulfilled in prophecy,
For
every Word of God is pure
Which
we may prove with certainty.
We
trust in God who speaks the Word,
And
every time, it comes to pass.
We
trust not other things we've heard
From
men who perish like the grass.
O
Lord, it's good to trust in You
At
all times in our generation
As
we declare Your Word is true
And
show the truth of Your salvation.
