"And of Zion it shall be said, This and that man was born in her: and the Highest Himself shall establish her. The LORD shall count, when He writeth up the people, that this man was born there. Selah. As well the singers as the players on instruments shall be there: all my springs are in thee" (Psalm 87:5-7).
Reviewing the roll call of paupers and kings
With heaven's renown and with those little known,
Assembled in Zion the great chorus sings
With all of those born from above at the throne.
The Lord God shall count and not one shall be lost
Of all the redeemed in the Lamb's book of life.
In view of the infinite price that it cost,
He'll jealously guard those He won in the strife.
O Lord, we rejoice that the names have been written
Of all who find refuge in You for their soul.
Our springs are in You, Lord, the Rock that was smitten!
Our joy is in You, when reviewing the roll!
