"And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith" (Galatians 6:9,10).
The thought that one day we retire
To live for leisure and to sleep,
Is out of step with God's desire
To never faint and thus to reap.
Strength of body may diminish,
But never God's sustaining grace.
Fight the good fight to the finish,
Keep the faith, and run the race.
While there's opportunity
Let us do what good we can.
In view of our eternity,
Retirees should have this plan!
