Reputation of our Redeemer

Read:  Psalm 83 / Proverbs 2 / Exodus 28 / 2 Corinthians 8

 

Psalm 83:16,18 ~ They may seek thy name, O LORD... That men may know that thou, whose name alone is JEHOVAH, art the Most High over all the earth.

Proverbs 2:5 ~ Then shalt thou understand the fear of the LORD, and find the knowledge of God.

Exodus 28:2 ~ And thou shalt make holy garments for Aaron thy brother for glory and for beauty.

2 Corinthians 8:9 ~ For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich.

 

When we exalt our Savior’s name,

We magnify His reputation. 

As our Redeemer, Jesus came

To give Himself for our salvation. 

 

His glory and His beauty shine

As Priest and also Sacrifice.  

Behold His purpose and design: 

He died to pay redemption's price!
