Prayerfully Prepared

Read:  Psalm 100 / Proverbs 16 / Micah 3 / Revelation 4

 

Psalm 100:3 ~ Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.

Proverbs 16:1 ~ The preparations of the heart in man, and the answer of the tongue, is from the LORD.

Micah 3:8 ~ But truly I am full of power by the spirit of the LORD, and of judgment, and of might, to declare unto Jacob his transgression, and to Israel his sin.

Revelation 4:11 ~ Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.

 

How vain is man’s imagination,

Which has replaced his common sense,

Supposing nothing caused creation

Without Divine intelligence!

 

Now let the answer of our tongue

Be prayerfully prepared by God

As we address both old and young,

Correcting worldviews so flawed!
