"Through wisdom is an house builded; and by understanding it is established.... Prepare thy work without, and make it fit for thyself in the field; and afterwards build thine house" (Proverbs 24:3,27).
Before you lay the house foundation
Include within your plan
The need to give consideration
To clear the field's land.
The house that we now have in mind
Is not of brick and wood,
But rather of the moral kind;
It's living as we should.
Clear the field of your life
Of thoughts that are impure,
Rid yourself of bitter strife
With love that will endure.
Then build today as God will lead
With humility and love!
Eternity draws near with speed!
Build until we meet above!
