Behold the blessings
seen today
In those who heed
the Lord's instruction,
For all who
gladly will obey
Escape the sorrows
of seduction.
The way of life
wherein God leads
Foresees the
blessings of tomorrow
As He supplies our
daily needs
And guards us
from seduction's sorrow.
When God told
Isaac not to go
To Egypt to
avoid the dearth,
The blessings He
would then bestow
Proved God was
King of all the earth.
O Lord, the
blessings we've observed
When hearts
believe You and repent
Extend Your mercies
undeserved
With grace and truth
from heaven sent.
