Prevailing Prayer

"Praise waiteth for Thee, O God, in Zion: and unto Thee shall the vow be performed: O Thou that hearest prayer, unto Thee shall all flesh come" (Psalm 65:1,2). "Men ought always to pray, and not to faint" (Luke 18:1).

Praise is waiting for You, Lord,
In future days of Zion,
When all the earth shall look toward
The tribe of Judah's Lion.

Yes, there is a future date
When Zion shall give praise.
But there's no need for us to wait
Throughout our fleeting days.

For You have taught us, Lord, to pray,
At all times, not just some.
And since You hear our prayer today,
To You we gladly come!
