salt preserves and also seasons
The
food we store and also flavor,
May
our remembrance give us reasons
To
thank and worship Christ our Savior!
By
grace and truth our sin was purged;
By
godly fear we fled to Christ.
What
wondrous love is this that urged
Our
Savior to be sacrificed!
