Unto Thee, O my strength, will I sing: for God is my defense, and the God of my mercy" (Psalm 59:16,17). "It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is Thy faithfulness" (Lamentations 3:22,23).
Every morning let us bring
A heart prepared again to sing
Of mercies from our God and King,
For God is our defense.
Every morning they are new:
His mercies and compassions true.
Sing of His mercies all day through!
