Proverbs 12:5 The thoughts of the righteous are right: but
the counsels of the wicked are
deceit.
Job 17:15 Where is
now my hope?... who shall see it?
Matthew 12:21 And in his name shall the Gentiles trust.
The trouble with
trusting in men
Is that there are
many who lie.
So why should we
trust them again?
And how shall we
test their reply?
The truth of the
Lord has been shown
By promises kept
that He made.
In contrast, the
liar is known
By promises broken
displayed.
