Christ our hope is safe and sane
Amid
this world's insanity.
The
thoughts of man are surely vain
That
blindly trust humanity.
In
Haman's dreadful contemplation
We
see the vanity of mind
Deceived
by pride's imagination
And
to destruction thus inclined.
