"He hath looked down from the height of His sanctuary; from heaven did the Lord behold the earth; to hear the groaning of the prisoner; to loose those that are appointed to death" (Psalm 102:19,20).
The Lord looked down from heaven's throne
With eyes of love to see
And ears to hear the prisoner groan,
That He might set him free.
And thus it was He heard my cry;
He saw my deepest need.
He came to earth to live, to die,
To rise, to save, and lead.
