Explore our Expectation

Read:  Psalm 55 / Proverbs 23 / Judges 10 /Mark 12

Psalm 55:22 Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.
Proverbs 23:18,26 For surely there is an end; and thine expectation shall not be cut off... My son, give Me thine heart.
Judges 10:14 Go and cry unto the gods which ye have chosen; let them deliver you in the time of your tribulation.
Mark 12:30 Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.

As we explore our expectation,
We see the vistas in God’s Word
That view the end of our salvation
With blessings evermore assured.

The foolish choose to turn away,
Whose expectation shall depart,
But let us rather seize the day
And love the Lord with all our heart!
