"Who then can be saved? And He [Jesus] said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God" (Luke 18:26,27).
In view of who and what we are,
Who then can be saved?
We search the world near and far,
Yet all are found depraved.
The leopard cannot change his spots,
Nor can we wash away
Our sinful deeds, our words, our thoughts,
And failure to obey.
But things for us impossible
Are possible with God.
For Jesus paid our debt in full
Beneath God's judgment rod.
Hallelujah! God has done
What we could not begin:
He gave His own beloved Son
To wash a away our sin!
