"Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever" (Psalm 23:6).
Surely! What a guarantee
God's Word can thus command!
My Shepherd's goodness follows me
His mercy is at hand.
I know that He will my needs,
Who saved my soul from hell.
I know that He not only leads,
But follows me as well!
