“Moses gave commandment… Let neither man nor woman make any more work for the offering of the sanctuary. So the people were restrained from bringing. For the stuff they had was sufficient for all the work to make it, and too much” (Exodus 36:6,7). “If thou be wise, thou shalt be wise for thyself” (Proverbs 9:12). “If we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship one with another” (1 John 1:7).
Beware
of counting on tomorrow
To
do the labor of today,
For
some discover to their sorrow
The
great mistake of their delay.
We
read that Moses gave command
To
no more labor on the stuff
To
make the tabernacle planned,
For
willing hearts had brought enough.
Our
Savior promised He would build
His
Church, and He shall never fail.
That
promise made shall be fulfilled;
The
gates of hell shall not prevail.
His
faithfulness does not depend
On
whether we are faithful too.
He
shall accomplish in the end
The
work He said that He would do.
The
night is coming, Jesus said,
When
work no longer can be done.
Yet
if by Him we will be led,
We
shall partake as souls are won.
So
let us walk within the light
That
shines upon our Savior’s path
And
labor now before the night
To
rescue souls from coming wrath!
Our
service, Lord, You do not need,
But
You have granted us this favor
To
follow You where You will lead
To
show the lost there is a Savior!
We
thank You, Lord, for fellowship
With
those who labor in Your field,
As
by Your Spirit You equip
Our
hearts with wisdom as we yield.
Lord,
send us with Your declaration
To
show Your wondrous love so great
And
preach Your Gospel of salvation
As
labor yet is not too late.
