Rising Star, Returning Savior

"I shall see Him, but not now: I shall behold Him, but not nigh: there shall come a Star out of Jacob, and a Scepter shall rise out of Israel… Out of Jacob shall come He that shall have dominion" (Numbers 24:17-19 ).  "That men may know that Thou, whose name alone is JEHOVAH, art the Most High over all the earth" (Psalm 83:18).  "The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of His Christ; and He shall reign forever and ever" (Revelation 11:15). 

A Star shall rise from Israel:

Let every tongue confess His worth!  

A Scepter then shall rise as well,

Exalting Him in all the earth. 

Our Savior then shall have dominion,

Though fools may mock His coming now,

For He shall scorn their false opinion

When every knee to Him shall bow. 

How wonderful is Jesus Christ,

Whose name, Jehovah, means "I AM",

Who for our souls was sacrificed

When He became God's spotless Lamb!  

O Lord, You are the Rising Star

Who drew us with salvation's cords!

We'll worship You for who You are:

The King of kings and Lord of lords!
