"I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes: I hate the work of them that turn aside; it shall not cleave to me" (Psalm 101:3).
Decisions I will make today
May purify or hinder me:
The things I add or take away
May help or halt my purity.
So I would set no wicked thing
Before my eyes to cause distraction.
I'd make my life an offering
Of purity in thought and action.
I hate the things that turn my heart
Away from Christ, my Lord and Savior,
So I will bid these things depart
To cleanse my heart and my behavior.
