Much More

"MUCH MORE then, being now justified by His blood, we shall we saved from wrath through Him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of His Son, MUCH MORE, being reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.... For if, by one man's offence death reigned by one, MUCH MORE, they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.... Moreover, the law entered that the offence might abound, but where sin abounded, grace did MUCH MORE abound" (Romans 5:9-20).

By Law's demand, we should have died;
That's what the Law is for:
Yet now through Christ we're justified
By precious blood MUCH MORE!

We once were foes of God at strife
And waged against Him war.
Now reconciled by His life,
We shall be saved MUCH MORE!

Through Adam's sin we had to face
The death we can't ignore.
But now we reign in life by grace
And righteousness MUCH MORE!

When Law was given, sin was found
There lying at its door.
But where our sin did much abound,
God's grace did so MUCH MORE!
