God’s Word is true from the beginning
And shall endure forevermore,
Though mindless rebels go on sinning,
Despising truth that they ignore.
As ostriches, which are not wise,
Forget their offspring in their youth,
The sinner in his madness tries
To raise his young without God’s truth.
