"Let all those that seek Thee rejoice and be glad in Thee: and let such as love Thy salvation say continually, Let God be magnified" (Psalm 70:4). "To the counselors of peace is joy.... Heaviness in the heart of man maketh it stoop, but a good word maketh it glad" (Proverbs 12:20,25). "Continue in prayer, and watch also in the same with thanksgiving... Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time. Let your speech be always with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man" (Colossians 4:2-6).
Let such as love Your salvation, O Lord,
Continue to say with thanksgiving and grace:
"Let God be magnified" in one accord,
Rejoicing and glad as they're seeking Your face.
Lord, help us always continue in prayer,
Waiting on You for the right word to say,
Comforting those who are burdened with care,
Cautioning those who are going astray.
The ear will try words as the tongue will try taste,
So always with grace let our speaking be salted;
Redeeming the time (for there's no time to waste!),
Let God in our speech be forever exalted!
