"This is the sum of the tabernacle... all that the LORD commanded Moses" (Exodus 38:21,22). "LORD, by Thy favor Thou hast made my mountain to stand strong... to the end that my glory may sing praise to Thee, and not be silent" (Psalm 30:7). "If thou forbear to deliver them that are drawn unto death... doth not He that pondereth the heart consider it?" (Proverbs 24:11,12). "I charge thee before God... that thou observe these things... doing nothing by partiality" (1 Timothy 5:21).
The
Lord sees the sum of our days
And
all of our gifts by His favor,
So
that we may give to Him praise
And
show to this world our Savior.
Since
God is beholding this sum,
And
we hold the Gospel of Christ,
Shall
not we persuade souls to come
For
whom He has been sacrificed?
Like
sheep we had also once wandered
Until
the good news had been heard.
The
sum of this mercy is pondered
By
God who has given His Word.
O
Lord, all the favor You gave
Is
seen in the sum You behold.
As
souls are approaching the grave,
The
Gospel we have must be told.
