Come and see the works of
God,
So plain in history.
That men would not believe is
odd,
In view of all we see!
Come and hear what He has
done
To save our souls from
hell.
Behold these sinners: I
am one
Who testifies as
well!
Now surely unbelief is blind,
That chooses to ignore
The evidence that all may
find
And thoroughly explore!
Our Savior came to plainly
speak
And do the things He did
To witness to both Jew
and Greek;
His power was not hid.
O Lord, the witness of
Your Word
And works so
powerful,
Have rendered unbelief absurd
And inexcusable!
Lord, thank You for the
eyes to see
And for the ears to
hear
Your witness to humanity
That You have made so clear!
