Psalm 76:11 Vow, and pay unto the LORD your God: let all that be round about him bring presents unto him that ought to be feared.
Proverbs 27:11 My son, be wise, and make my heart glad, that I may answer him that reproacheth me.
Deuteronomy 25:4 Thou shalt not muzzle the ox when he treadeth out the corn.
1 Peter 3:15 But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:
If we dismiss the vow we make
To love the Lord with all our heart,
We shall regret our great mistake,
As from His purpose we depart.
The value of the vow we pay
Is found in heaven’s great reward
As we delight to do and say
The things that glorify our Lord.
