Glory Always in God Alone

Read:  Psalm 62 / Proverbs 9 / Exodus 6 / 1 Corinthians 3     

Psalm 62:11-12 God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongeth unto God. Also unto thee, O Lord, belongeth mercy: for thou renderest to every man according to his work.

Proverbs 9:10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.

Exodus 6:1 Then the LORD said unto Moses, Now shalt thou see what I will do to Pharaoh... with a strong hand.

1 Corinthians 3:14,21 If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward... Therefore let no man glory in men.

To God belongs glory and power;

To God belongs mercy as well.

The Lord Jesus Christ is our Tower

By whom we are rescued from  hell. 

Do not, therefore, glorify men;

Give glory alone to the Lord.

Eternity comes!  That is when 

True servants receive a reward.
