A
transgressor wakes every morning
To
life that has never made sense, But God manifests ample warning,
Displaying His great evidence.
Consider
the thoughts in the mind
That
offers the vain explanationThat nothing on earth is designed,
And nothing was caused by creation!
Yes,
this is the transgressor’s way
Who
lives without giving regard To all God has put on display,
Thus choosing the path that is hard.
The
transgressor’s heart is thus hardened
By
choosing to walk down this path, But those who trust Christ will be pardoned,
For He is our Refuge from wrath!
The
Lord will give good understanding,
Perceiving
why Christ has been sent To all who will heed His commanding
And humbly draw near to repent.
The
transgressor’s slippery slope
Can
now be escaped by God’s favor! The Lord Jesus Christ is their Hope,
For He is the transgressor’s Savior!
O
Lord, we give thanks for Your grace
Extended
to every transgressor! Our Savior and our Hiding place,
We’ll praise You forever and ever!
