Should I withhold the truth within
That magnifies our Lord’s salvation,
That offers cleansing from our sin,
And rescues us from condemnation?
Oh, woe is me if I withhold
The Gospel’s warning to the hardened!
May God my Savior make me bold
To preach that sinners may be pardoned!
