Read: Psalm 119:161-168 / Proverbs 22 / Ezekiel 26 / Heb. 2
Psalm 119:162 I rejoice at thy word, as one that findeth great spoil.
Proverbs 22:12,21 The eyes of the LORD preserve knowledge… that thou mightest answer the words of truth.
Ezekiel 26:3 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, O Tyrus, and will cause many nations to come up against thee, as the sea causeth his waves to come up.
Hebrews 2:1 Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip.
God’s Word is treasured as our prize
From Christ who was victorious.
The Lord is guarding with His eyes
His prophecies preserved for us.
When Tyrus saw the nations’ waves,
The Lord confirmed His prophecy.
We likewise see truth that saves
Is in His Gospel’s certainty.
