"I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me" (Galatians 2:20).
The power of living in Christ
I found in the truth of His love.
For me was my Lord sacrificed;
For me He came down from above.
I ponder how much Jesus gave,
By laying His life down for me,
And that He would go to the grave
To rescue and set my soul free.
Thus I am taught to surrender,
To love that was thoroughly tried.
For He is my Lord and Defender,
And I am with Christ crucified.
