"The Lord hath made known His salvation: His righteousness hath He openly showed in the sight of the heathen" (Psalm 98:2). "For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that ye through His poverty might be rich" (2 Corinthians 8:9).
You know of the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ,
Who left heaven's riches to come to this place
To make Himself poor, to be sacrificed,
And openly offer His riches of grace.
We've seen the historical proof of His love.
We've heard of the grace that He graciously gives.
We know that our Savior ascended above,
And saves to the utmost, since He ever lives!
The grace of our Savior has never been hid;
All of these things have been openly shown.
Those who will choose to ignore what He did
Shall have no excuse when they stand at His throne.
