"He that soweth iniquity shall reap vanity" (Proverbs 22:8). "Whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting" (Galatians 6:7,8).
We're sowing something everyday,
And we shall reap what we have sown.
The deeds we do, the words we say,
And every motive shall be shown.
If with iniquity one sows,
He'll reap in vanity and strife.
If we are humble, God bestows
A harvest in eternal life.
Then let us choose humility
And fear the Lord that He may keep
And guard our souls from vanity,
That we in righteousness may reap.
Lord, help us take this moment now
With every minute that we live
That You may show us daily how
To reap the blessings You would give.
